Michael M. Clair - Mr. Clair is chairman of Phoenix Technologies, a Silicon Valley software company specializing in core PC software and PC virtualization solutions. Mr. Clair is also on the Boards of Corefino, Inc. and NDS Surgical Imaging. He is an angel investor, and consultant to Silicon Valley companies. Mike has worked in the computer and communications industries for over 30 years. Early in his career, he held executive positions at Tymshare and ROLM Corporation. He was a founder and senior vice president of marketing and sales at SynOptics Communications (Bay Networks). Mike has been a member of the Wine Celebration Board for eight years, and is driven to help find cures for cancer, as the result of his personal experiences with several cancer victims in his own family.
Andrew Constantin - Mr. Constantin is a co-founder of Constantin Partners, an angel investment partnership. The focus of the fund is seed and early stage financings in software, communications, and Internet companies. Portfolio companies include: Atlantes, Garage.com, Tripwire Security Systems, Coremetrics, NapaStyle and Digital Fountain. Prior to Constantin Partners, Andrew was a founding partner and vice president of marketing for PFI, a competitive local exchange carrier. Andrew actively consults communications companies and has been featured in Red Herring Magazine. A graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Communications, Andrew has been involved in numerous charities including Amnesty International and the V Foundation Wine Celebration.
Julie Constantin - Ms. Constantin is a co-founder of Constantin Partners, an angel investment partnership. Portfolio companies include: Garage Technology Ventures, Tripwire Security Systems, NapaStyle, Atlantes and Coremetrics. Prior to Constantin Partners, Julie was the director of the Internet Initiative for PFI, a telecommunications start-up. Before PFI, she was with a venture financing firm making investments in software, communications and biotechnology companies. Ms. Constantin is the co-founder and event chair of The V Foundation Wine Celebration. A graduate from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Entrepreneurial and Strategic Management, Julie has been featured in Red Herring and Forbes ASAP magazine, Angels in America.
John Hamm
David A. Kane - Mr. Kane is a Senior Audit Partner in KPMG LLP (US)'s Silicon Valley office. He led the Firm's Western U.S. Information, Communications and Entertainment (ICE sm ) practice, and served as the Silicon Valley office Managing Partner. He also served as partner in charge of KPMG LLP (US)'s New England ICE practice. In addition, Dave served as the Firm's Southern California high-technology practice leader for six years. As a former SEC reviewing partner, Dave has extensive experience serving a variety of global Fortune 500 companies and has taken several companies through the IPO process. He has over 29 years experience serving high-technology clients.
Dave received his B.S. from the University of Illinois and his graduate degree from the International Development Program of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a board member of the Exploratorium and the Silicon Valley American Cancer Society.

Robert E. Lloyd - Mr. Lloyd is Chairman of the V Foundation for Cancer Research and a founding member of the organization as well as being a member of the V Wine Celebration Board. Bob was Jim Valvano's college roommate and basketball teammate, served in the military with Jim and the two were friends for 30 years before Jim's passing. In his business career, Bob served as the Chairman and CEO of Mindscape, a publicly traded software company until his retirement in 1997. Prior to this he was President, CEO, of Data East, Inc. a developer of entertainment software, and held various senior management positions with several other companies. Bob currently sits on several boards and consults with emerging growth companies. Bob holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. After college, he played professional basketball with the New York Nets.
Suzanne Narducci - Ms. Narducci served as vice president for Global Solutions, Service Provider Line of Business, at Cisco Systems prior to her recent retirement May 2001. She led efforts with Cisco to forge end-to-end networks and strategic relationships with some of the world's largest service providers. Prior to holding this position, she was vice president of service provider sales responsible for sales and support to Internet providers, carriers, RBOCs, and cable and wireless companies within the continental United States. It was in this role that she was awarded the TWIN award (Tribute to Women in Industry) in March 1997. Suzy also sits on the Board of Directors for NetSolve, a leading provider of Web-enabled remote network management services for enterprises.
Before joining Cisco, Suzy was a principal and vice president of sales and marketing at Eastern Telelogic, a start-up competitive access provider serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Previously, as vice president of sales, she developed the sales team for SONET and ATM products for Adaptive Corporation. Prior to that, Suzy spent nine years at Network Equipment Technologies as western sales director and director of multi-national sales. Earlier, she spent ten years at Tymshare/Tymnet in various sales and management roles. Suzy received a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.

Tom Pallack - Mr. Pallack is currently president of Anegada, a charitable organization. Prior to the current position, Tom held positions at Ariba as President of Latin America, Spain, and Portugal, as well as Vice President of Operations. Prior to Ariba, Tom was a vice president at Oracle in Applications. He also held numerous senior positions there. Since retiring, Tom is serving as an active board member of various corporate and philanthropic organizations.
Lawrence F. Probst III - Lawrence F. Probst III is chairman and chief executive officer of Electronic Arts the world's leading interactive entertainment software company that develops, publishes and distributes products for personal computers as well as entertainment systems such as the PlayStation and Nintendo 64. During Mr. Probst's tenure as president and CEO since May 1991, he has expanded international operations to over 75 countries worldwide, established a Japanese joint venture with Square Co. Ltd. and launched the company's CD-ROM business on four platforms, dramatically increasing revenues. Prior to joining Electronic Arts in 1984, Larry held the positions of National Sales Manager at Activision, Inc. and national accounts manager at Clorox. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Dave Scanlin - Mr. Scanlin is an experienced sales executive with extensive background in both large and small companies, private and public. He has over twenty years in senior sales roles across a range of industries, including book publishing, toys, and software. During the past 15 years, he has managed through a very successful IPO and three major acquisitions.
Dave is currently VP Worldwide Sales for Havok, the leading developer of middleware for the video game industry. Prior to Havok, he was Senior VP at Wild Planet Toys, a privately held SF-based toy company. He was also VP Sales at The Learning Company, Mattel Interactive, and Creative Wonders, where he recruited, developed and managed very successful worldwide sales organizations. Dave has a degree in Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.
Kathleen Hoertkorn - Kathleen Schumacher Hoertkorn is President and CEO of New Vine Logistics, Inc., having founded the company after many years of executive responsibility in sales, operations and logisitics at DHL, WineShopper.com and wine.com. Through that experience, she recognized the business need for a legal distribution method to resolve interstate commerce issues and consumer-direct shipments. At wine.com and WineShopper.com, Kathleen oversaw the development and management of the compliance and fulfillment systems including business-to-business, customer care, warehouse, business definition and processes, wholesaler/retailer relations and processes, logistics, inventory management, compliance and pricing and transportation.
Anthony Smith - Mr. Smith is a founding director of leadership research, and a managing director of Keilty, Goldsmith & Company, one of the top management consulting firms in the world. An expert in organizational change, executive development and leadership training and design, he has served ESPN for over 12 years, and also serves McKinsey & Company, Goldman, Sachs & Co., and American Express. He has served on the teaching and research faculties of several universities, including the University of California and the European School of Management at Oxford. He earned a B.A. and M.A. in the Behavioral Sciences, a Doctorate in Leadership Administration at the University of San Diego, and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of California. Tony has published his research in several publications, including the European Journal of Management, the Journal of Leadership Studies; and the best-selling books, The Leader of the Future and The Organization of the Future, both published by the Drucker Foundation.
Barbara Walkowski - Ms. Walkowski was Vice President of Legal Affairs for Siebel Systems until February 2005. Barbara holds both Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Barbara is the First Vice President and Development Chair of the Board of Directors of Meals On Wheels of San Francisco, which delivers meals and other important services to homebound seniors in San Francisco. Barbara is also an active member of the Junior League of San Francisco. She devotes her time and energy to the V Foundation Wine Celebration because of the opportunity to work with people who are passionate about what they do, whether it relates to wine and food, business, sports, or medicine.
