You're the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! COPIA's experts will advise and guide you as you select varietals for your own custom red blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label and you'll take home wonderful memories -- as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine!

A small collection of small and up-and-coming producers and established producers who are crafting wonderful wines their respective regions and varietals join local food purveyors at the Rising Star Marketplace. Come taste some great wine and food and bid on a selection of items that will be available in a mini silent auction.
CIA Cooking Demonstration
1pm-2pm - Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, St. Helena
Explore your inner chef with a fascinating, hands-on cooking demonstration held within the innovative Debaun Theater at the Culinary Institute of America’s Greystone campus. Here you will enjoy a ‘Taste of the CIA”s Sophisticated Palate Program’ featuring Top-Chef instruction as you chop and whisk your way through Napa’s culinary excellence. Transportation provided.
